"I just wanted to let you know that we got the news of Jack's passing and are deeply saddened my it. We are the family from Lawrence, Kansas that also has a son with a brain tumor. I contacted you earlier and was given a warm note in return. I truly believe that Jack is free now from both the pain and exhaustion of his illness. He is in a happy place. Know that you did everything for him here, especially loving him and sharing every minute of life with him. You are in our thoughts and prayers."

"Dear Craig, Megan, and Robynn, I just heard the news about Jack and I am so sorry for your loss. 4 years ago I endured the most difficult time in my life when my 4 month old Nephew passed away. I have asked my Nephew to please take Jack under his wing and watch over him on his new journey. Jack has touched so many people's lives and he will continue to live on in our hearts. My thoughts are with your family."

"I am so sorry about Jack and your loss here on earth, but I too rejoice with you about Jack being with his heavenly father. I had written to you about my own Dads death from this same cancer five years ago. He had just become a grandpa to a grandson. I hope you don't mind, but my Dad is probably loving and playing with your little one as I write. He had a gentle spirit, I miss him terribly. I will be praying for your heartache, Know that I share tears with you."

"To Jack's family,
I am so sorry to hear of your great loss. I know of you from Spotlight Studio and was at the dance recital to see my daughter's class. I was so glad to see you all participate. It was such a blessing!
We heard of Jack's passing this morning at church (Westminster Pres.) and we prayed for your family (as we have in the past, while Jack was in treatment). I wept for the battle your family had to go through and marvel at your strength and how you handled all of this. Your family has touched me more than you'll ever know. I take more care to treasure both the good times and the difficult times with my kids, knowing that my challenges are small compared to those that others are going through.
While Jack will be missed desperately here on earth, I am certain that he now brings smiles to the angels in heaven, as he brought them to so many in his first 3 years.
Praying for God's blessings to be on your family and friends...

"I just read your update. I am truly sorry for you and your family. I can not imagine the grief over losing a child. He was a beautiful little boy, and I am truly grateful for getting to know him and your family through his website. He and you showed all of us strenght and grace through a terrible ordeal. My thoughts and prayers are with you and Jack. I know he is in heaven with God, no longer in any pain and whole again. God Bless you and your family."
