"Jack, My daughter Chelsa had a mid brain tumor also when she was 4, in 1995, treated with surgery at CHP, just like you. We moved to NC in 1999 and Chelsa had a recurrence in 2001, inoperable. She was seen at Duke. The best doctors are at CHP so you are in good hands. Keep the faith, Chelsa's inoperable tumor is now gone and she is a happy 17 year old. We will pray for you daily and for the strength of your loving parents."

"Dear Craig and Megan, I read about your son Jack in Monday's paper. My heart goes out to you
and what you are all going through. My wife Penny, whom I was married to for 25 years,
died in 1998. She too had brain cancer, glioblastoma multiforme. She fought for
18 months very bravely as I'm sure Jack is. I think she accepted her cancer better
than I did.Our faith kept us going through it all. Her's was operable and she had 2
surgeries along with radiation, chemo and gamma knife. It was and is a vicious
cancer. I want you to know that I am praying for you all and my thoughts are with
you during this tremendous trial. I remember how much the support, thoughts and
prayers of others meant to me.God bless you."

"Hello Jack! I don't know you but I saw your cute picture in the paper and read about how you are sick. I saw your pictures on the computer and read the stories your mommy and daddy wrote about you. You are an amazing little boy who is very brave and strong. Lots of people care about you and they have never even met you! Me and my little girls are some of those people who care about you. I have three girls, they are 13, 10 and 6. We are all going to be praying for you and your mommy, daddy and sissy. We don't understand why you feel sick, but we are so glad you have a great family that loves you and watches great shows with you and gets to take you cool places when you are feeling good. You are a very special little boy and I am so glad I got to hear about you, so I can pray for you. Take care sweetheart and keep smiling each day.
Dear Megan and Craig, I am so sorry to hear such a tough situation has come upon your family. May God give you peace and strength to endure past and present events. Your son touched my heart. Your daughter is a beautiful little girl too!! I wish I had heard of your story sooner. We are going to be in deep prayer for sweet Jack and I plan on sending your website to all my friends and family. May you be overwhelmed with prayers, money to help with medical bills, love of family, friends and strangers and God's abundant blessings.
My niece had a brain tumor and has had 3 operations. This started when she was 5 and she is now 17. She has had a more fortunate diagnosis than dear Jack. We don't understand why God allows things to happen as they do. It just doesn't make sense. But we must remain faithful that He is in control. I look up to you both for the strength you have shown the public and shown your children. Your website is great and really makes visitors feel welcome into your life and situation. I am a single mom and don't have much extra money, but I pray that God may bless you with my donation and increase it seven fold! *One suggestion-you should really put a more visible place of donation on your website so those who haven't heard of Jack can easily locate where donations are being taken at. I had a hard time finding that, just an idea :)"

"As I sat at my kitchen table reading Jack's story, tears filled my eyes; to think that a little boy has to go through something this big. My heart goes out to your son (Jack), because he is strong and full of courage. Jack you are a beautiful little boy who has a family and a community that cares about you so very much. I will keep you in my prayers and to Jack's family don't worry, be strong, because God see's something special in your son. "Don't give up the fight", as the prayers goes up; the blessings will come down. Peace, Love & Blessings. Sincerely thinking of you. "

"hello, i know you dont know me, but i read your article in todays paper, and my heart went out to your family. i have been doing some reasearch on cancer as my father was just diaganosed with prostate cancer a month ago.have you heard of PROTON BEAM THERAPY! i came across this talking to a neighbor who knew someone that had wonderful results with this. they specialize in prostate ,liver and brain cancer. it sounds amazing and no side affects... there is only 5 places to have this done right now. this gentleman went to florida. there is a place called UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA , PROTON THERAPY INSTITUTE. i just talked with this gentleman tonight i was telling him about the article on your son,and he said they have a special wing for children, it sounds like nothing short of a miracle for you, if you could find this on line, get a number, and tell them how urgent he needs help, i hope being a urgent case they would see you right away. he also said he went to baltimore, cleveland, and pittsburgh and they never mentioned this to him, it was a book wrote by ROBERT MARTINI that changed his life. well i hope this is the miracle you were looking for. he said there were children with inoperable brain cancer, that had in going into there spinal cords that they cured. this sounds like the ticket for you.please let me know how things work out for you, this just sounds like somthing that might work. if there is any more info i can help you with, your article was put in the paper for a reason, and believe it or not i probably havent bought a paper for 2 months, and the day i did, your heartfelt story was on the front page.....good luck to you, i wish your family the best of luck.........."

"Hi Jack, I feel as though I've known you for years. I have a nine year old son named Eric and a six year old daughter named Cameron that sends lots of hugs and kisses your way. If it's okay with you Jack, I wanted to say something to mommy and daddy for a moment? Craig and Megan you don't know me but I'm a parent just like you. We've never met but somehow I seem to feel your pain too. Erie loves your son as though he were our very own, we all need you to know that you're never alone. Children are blessings from God above and faith is believing without need or seeing. Stay encouraged and never stop believing because God has been known to make a way out of "ABSOLUTELY NO WAY". Your family will never be far from our thoughts and prayers and if I can be of assistance to you in any way shape or form please do not hesitate to contact me directly."

"Hi Megan, (and Craig, Robynn and Jack), Greetings from Charleston, SC – Susan & Ernie Daunter. It’s been a long, long, long while since we’ve been in touch. Probably feels like lifetimes to you all. I had heard about Jack’s illness a while ago, but as things happen, I never actually got in touch then. My parents emailed me earlier in the day today about the newspaper article on Jack’s battle. I was checking out the website link and thought I would drop you a line. It’s heartbreaking just to imagine what you’re going through... Sending positive energy & warm thoughts your way."
